Getting worse with every upgrade, not good support.

Used to be very useful and clear but of lately has some issues. It started by not keeping me logged/signed in, so I had to enter the logging information every time that I opened it. Now it is not showing the my upcoming or current rentals, so it is essentially useless If I do a search using the app with the confirmation number the reservation will appear but they will not appear on my upcoming page on the app and there is no way to save the search.
Tried contacting tech service with this report but no response or care. Shame, as it used to be a very good app.
