Finally... Being a heavy national renter, I have been waiting for this app forever. Works great, saves time and frustration logging in on the national website from my phone. Love it!

This is a good app. Easy to use, easy to reserve. This app has an internal feedback button, the survey simply asks you about how much you like the vehicle and will you think about buying said vehicle. I wish it would ask you about how clean the vehicle is, does it smell bad or how was your customer service with additional feedback. The app is certainly worth downloading for frequent travellers.

You would think this would be a simple app to do. Sadly other apps show how bad a car rental app can be. Simple feature I like the most: the app remembers your usual rental locations. Its amazing how much simpler this makes it. I wish pickup and dropping ft time was easier to do.

Some bad moments

I signed up for emerald club and entered in all of my information based of what a work colleague told me about the company. I entered all of my trip information and hit next 20X with no result. I know Hertz Gold works just fine. Im sure the company is great, but the app developers are failures. National should spend more money on their tech employees.

App upgrade dropped all reservations from account. Have to look up each individually which of course requires opening email to find confirmation number. Once found, the reservations still do not appear on reservations page. So basically the most useful part of the app no longer works.

There must be a problem with their server side, I have not been able to sign in for an entire week. Please fix.

I have been able to see reservations but yet been able to make one via this app. Continually get the message "system error".

Used to be very useful and clear but of lately has some issues. It started by not keeping me logged/signed in, so I had to enter the logging information every time that I opened it. Now it is not showing the my upcoming or current rentals, so it is essentially useless If I do a search using the app with the confirmation number the reservation will appear but they will not appear on my upcoming page on the app and there is no way to save the search. Tried contacting tech service with this report but no response or care. Shame, as it used to be a very good app.

The app wont show upcoming reservations making it essentially useless. Phoning National led to no help at all. Too bad, Im moving on.
